All prices displayed on SRX Store are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order fulfillment. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before shipping and offer the option to confirm or cancel the order.

All domestic orders over $499.00 USD qualify for free standard ground delivery (3 to 5 business days transit) within the continental United States. Orders under $499.00 ship for standard rates.

Uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery date for a full refund with $0.00 Restocking Fees. For defective items or verified shipping damage, we provide a 100% free prepaid carrier return label. Please consult our Refund Policy for detailed step-by-step RMA instructions.

In no event shall XM Promo Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, or logistics partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper vehicle installation, unauthorized wiring modifications, or vehicular damage. Customers are advised to test fitment before permanent installation and consult certified MECP installers when necessary.
